Part of my training was that I had to see a counsellor so I totally understand how difficult it can be to think about the things you’re not too sure you want to think about.
I want you to say whatever comes into your mind nothing is random or weird; together we’re not looking at anyone else but you – we’re analysing your perception of your actions and how you interact with others.
My role is to walk alongside you to help you find the most helpful shifts in your thinking and behaviours.

Sessions - In-person / online / telephone / walking and talking.
Available - Monday / Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday / Friday / Saturday (morning)
